Pacific Crest DNA Services was established by Tadhg Shannon and Tanner Jackson as a specialized division of Stumptown Mobile Lab Services, with a clear mission: to provide Oregon and Washington with professional, accessible DNA collection and testing coordination for legal, immigration, forensic, and informational needs.
Today, Tanner Jackson leads Pacific Crest’s day-to-day operations, including client coordination, attorney and agency relationships, collection logistics, scheduling, and business development throughout Oregon and Washington. Tadhg Shannon supports Pacific Crest in an advisory and operational capacity while focusing primarily on Stumptown Mobile Lab Services.
After seeing firsthand the challenges families, attorneys, healthcare providers, and government agencies can face when arranging reliable DNA testing, they built Pacific Crest around professionalism, convenience, confidentiality, and personal service. Rather than requiring every client to travel to a traditional collection center, Pacific Crest offers mobile collection at homes, law offices, healthcare facilities, correctional institutions, workplaces, and other approved locations throughout Oregon and Washington.
Legal and other chain-of-custody collections are performed using documented identity verification and chain-of-custody procedures, with laboratory analysis performed by AABB-accredited partner laboratories where applicable. Pacific Crest also coordinates private informational testing for clients seeking answers for personal knowledge and peace of mind.
